Therapy sessions with a psychologist are available in-person (Menzingen, Zug) or online, depending on your preference.
You can attend your appointment at the private practice near Zug or choose remote therapy sessions from anywhere in Switzerland. Both options offer professional psychological support.

Sessions can be paid via a payment link using all popular payment methods (TWINT, PayPal, Link, bank transfer).
Once your therapy appointment is confirmed, you will receive payment details.
If you're a resident of Switzerland, you may request to pay after the session (within 3 days) — available upon request.

Please note that you will need to check with your insurance, if the cost of the session is covered. This depends on your insurance plan, insurance provider and other factors (e.g. medical referral). If so, you can request reimbursement from them after paying the invoice. 

You can cancel a scheduled therapy session up to 72 hours in advance free of charge.
For cancellations made 48 to 72 hours before the appointment, 50% of a regular session fee or 100% of a first session will be charged.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment are fully invoiced. This policy helps maintain availability for others seeking psychological support.
