About the practice

At my psychological practice in Zug, Switzerland, I provide a safe, welcoming, and confidential space where individuals can receive the psychological support they need. I offer individual therapy for both children and adults, tailoring each session to meet the unique needs of my clients.

My services include a wide range of psychological support, such as crisis intervention, comprehensive psychological diagnosis, and long-term therapy to help clients navigate life’s challenges. I work with a diverse group of individuals, including neurodivergent people and members of the LGBTQ+ community, fostering an inclusive and affirming environment for everyone.

My therapeutic approach is primarily grounded in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), combined with elements of emotion-focused therapy (EFT). This allows me to help clients understand, process, and regulate their emotionsmore effectively, ultimately leading to better emotional well-being.

Sessions are available in Polish and English, and I offer both in-person consultations at my practice near Zug and remote therapy for clients worldwide, depending on your preference and availability.

My background

With extensive experience in both child and adult therapy, I have worked in a variety of psychological and clinical settings. I have a strong background in working closely with neurodivergent children on the autism spectrum, as well as their families, providing personalized support that addresses their unique needs and challenges. Additionally, I have experience in conducting individual therapy sessions and working in clinical environments with individuals facing mental health difficulties and those dealing with life-threatening and somatic illnesses, including hospice care.

My therapeutic approach is primarily based on cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), which I use to guide clients through emotional and psychological challenges effectively, fostering healthier coping mechanisms and emotional well-being.

I hold a master’s degree in clinical psychology (2016), accredited by PsyKo, and have completed postgraduate training in psychological counseling and crisis intervention. Currently, I am finalizing a postgraduate specialization in psychological diagnosis to deepen my expertise in this area. I am a proud member of the FSP and VIPP organizations in Switzerland.

Originally from Poland, I now reside in Switzerland, which gives me a personal understanding of the challenges that expats and multicultural individuals may face. I am fluent in both Polish and English, offering therapy in either language to ensure that clients feel comfortable and supported in their preferred language.
